FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to vibration isolators test benches. Proposed test bench comprises frame, movable upper support plate and fixed lower support plate, mechanism of preliminary axial loading with force meter, upper support plate guide mechanism, brackets for vibration isolators attachment and connector. Additionally, the bench is equipped with a horizontal lateral pulse loading mechanism mounted on the frame by means of a rod horizontal position adjustment bracket, an oscillation sensor mounted on the connector, as well as a computer configured to record and process the signal received from the sensor.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of reproducing linear dynamic loads on lateral vibration isolator at stand with preliminary axial loading (pressing), which is the most common condition for operation of most sprung elements of machines and mechanisms, and thereby obtaining refined test results for use in designing a cushion vibration suspension system.
