FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for static tests of composite multilayer materials. According to the first version, the bench contains a frame, an upper movable plate fixed on the loading mechanism, a lower fixed plate rigidly fixed on the frame, a vertical loading mechanism made in the form of "screw-nut" coupling, a guiding mechanism installed on the upper movable plate and on the frame through bushings, a movement meter installed in a bracket, which is fixed on the frame, a strain gauge installed and rigidly fixed on the lower fixed plate, a device for mounting a sample of composite multilayer material, consisting of two parts, one of which is fixed on upper movable plate, and second is fixed on strain gauge sensor, wherein vertical loading mechanism is installed on frame through bushing, and the nut is fixed in the bushing by fixing bolts, wherein the strain gauge, fixed between the lower fixed plate and the device, is connected to the analogue-to-digital converter, which in its turn is connected to personal computer installed with possibility of data processing from analogue-to-digital converter. According to the second version, the bench contains a frame, an upper movable plate fixed on the loading mechanism, a lower fixed plate rigidly fixed on the frame, a vertical loading mechanism made in the form of "screw-nut" coupling, guide mechanism installed on upper movable plate and on frame through bushings, movement meter installed in bracket, which is fixed on frame, strain gauge sensor, installed and rigidly fixed on lower fixed plate, device for installation of sample from composite multilayer material, consisting of two parts, one of which is fixed on upper movable plate, and second is fixed on strain gauge sensor, wherein vertical loading mechanism is installed on frame through bushing, and nut is installed in bushing, loads are installed on screw of loading mechanism, wherein the strain gauge, fixed between the lower fixed plate and the appliance, is connected to an analogue-to-digital converter, which in its turn is connected to a personal computer installed with possibility of processing data from the analogue-to-digital converter.
EFFECT: creation of compressive and stretching static loads in vertical direction for investigation of mechanical and operational properties of samples from composite multilayer materials.
