FIELD: seals.
SUBSTANCE: flanged annular sealing device of air duct joints with bypass air contains two flanges, installed between flanges sealing metal ring, fixed on end surface of first flange, sealing joint is made along ring wall, at that, air bypass is performed through radial through slots. Due to the invention it is ensured that preset tightness of fixed and movable flanged radial connections with limited space between flanges is provided, increased reliability of operation, simplified design and assembly process of the device.
EFFECT: this technical solution can be used as a sealing device at connection of air ducts with various units or between each other, when docking air-jet engines with air intake devices, for example, in drones.
