SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to transportation of cargoes on unequipped coast. In order to deliver cargoes to unequipped coast, a prefabricated cargo-and-passenger ropeway is mounted on the shore by means of standard hoisting devices available on the ship, and the cargo is delivered along the tensioned carrying rope. Transport ship delivers pre-fabricated cargo-passenger ropeway to place with unequipped shore, on which loading-unloading is carried out, where all elements of pre-fabricated cargo-and-freight ropeway are delivered ashore by means of standard ship towing device. Required number of shore supports is mounted on shore. Radio-controlled carriage is fixed on bearing cable, on which hoisting crane with slings is mounted, thereafter, bearing rope is tensioned for ship-to-shore transfer of cargo, and radio-controlled carriage allows lifting and lowering load at any point along CFRW route.

EFFECT: delivery of cargoes to non-equipped coast using the standard hoisting devices available on the ship is achieved.
