FIELD: car-building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to car building, in particular handrails on platform cars. Universal handrail of car-platform comprises moving part (1) in form of tube with attached to it bar (4) curved in the form of bracket. In the tube from above and from below there are holes for fixation of moving part of hand-rail relative to its fixed part, made in the form of bracket (10) with angles for attachment to car-platform, consisting of side walls connected to each other by means of transverse inserts with holes for installation in them of handrail moving part tube (1) with possibility of its vertical movement and rotation around its axis. To fix movable part there are recesses in upper and lower parts of side walls of bracket, in the middle of which there are coaxial holes with retainers in form of angle piece installed above them. In fixed position of handrail tube holes and side walls of bracket are aligned, in them L-shaped pin is installed. Tab installed on horizontal part of L-shaped pin in form of plate is arranged between retainer and side wall of bracket. To prevent loss of L-like pin, it is secured to one of side walls of bracket by means of chain.
