FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to mechanisms of motion transfer used in piston internal combustion engines (ICE), in particular, to mechanism of conversion of rotary motion into reciprocating motion and vice versa. Proposed rack mechanism comprises assembled output shaft with bearings rigidly fixed on its axis by means of adapter sleeves, made of non-magnetic material, permanent magnets having axial magnetization and unlike poles (S and N) along the axis of rotation of the output shaft, made with possibility of operation in conditions of high temperature (working temperature of magnet of 180 degrees Celsius) in the form of rings. Rack mechanism also has lateral annular straps made of ferromagnetic material, having high magnetic permeability and spontaneous magnetisation ability, which perform the function of generating the direction of the magnetic field on the outer working surface of the ring pads of the gear and the function of the working surface of the pads of the gear. Besides, rack mechanism contains drive gears made of non-magnetic material. Adapter bushings, side covers of gears and gear wheels themselves on area of adjacency to magnet have grooves (recess) for fixation of magnet.
EFFECT: technical result is a wider range of equipment.
