FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of positive-displacement hydraulic actuators, namely to hydraulic actuators with positive-displacement and volume-throttle control in terms of ultra-low speeds of actuating hydraulic motor. Hydraulic drive with an expanded range of speed control contains a controlled pump with an electro-hydraulic control mechanism, a relief valve, very low flow and controlled flow hydraulic lines connected in parallel, reverse hydraulic control valve with drain boost valve arranged at its drain and actuating hydraulic motor. In the ultra-low flow rate hydraulic line hydromechanical flow regulator is installed, which provides the hydraulic motor ultra-low constant speed, check valve and directional hydraulic control valve, which directs the working fluid flow through the hydromechanical flow controller to the reverse hydraulic control valve through the check valve. In hydraulic line of controlled flow there installed is booster valve with remote pressure control, hydraulic control line of which is connected to inlet of hydromechanical flow controller. Control device controls electrohydraulic control mechanism, guide hydraulic distributor and reverse hydraulic distributor. In the case of the hydraulic drive operation, mainly in the area of the ultra-low speed of the executing hydraulic motor, a hydromechanical flow controller is installed in the hydraulic line of the ultra-low flow rate, and in hydraulic line of controlled flow rate there is a shut-off hydraulic control valve and booster valve with remote pressure control, control line of the latter is connected with drain line. In order to control the magnitude of the ultra-low speed of the hydraulic actuator, instead of the hydromechanical flow controller, an electro-hydraulic flow controller with corrective electrical communication by pressure drop is installed, which consists of proportional electrohydraulic pressure control valve, differential pressure transducer and control unit.
EFFECT: present invention widens the range of controlling a positive-displacement hydraulic drive in the region of ultra-low speeds of the actuating hydraulic motor.
