SUBSTANCE: method of determining one or more optical parameters of a spectacle lens includes processing an image of an object captured by an image capturing device through said lens, determining estimated distance between said object and device for capturing image, determining calculated magnification based on size of said object and the displayed size of said object on said image and determining one or more optical parameters of said lens based on said estimated distance and said calculated magnification. A mobile device which can be used to determine lens parameters comprises a device for capturing an image through said lens and a lensemetric module for determining lens parameters based on said image.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of determining one or more optical parameters of lens.
