FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used in polyclinics, hospitals, preventive medicine centres, health centres, as well as in offices of restorative medicine. Method consists in application of hardware-software complex, including psychological examination, oscillometry, cardiointervalographic analysis, echocardiography with determination of left ventricular diastolic function and left atrial function, myocardial hypertrophy in the process of reflex therapy on auricular and electroacupuncture to paravertebral points. These studies are prescribed every other day with common iodine-bromine baths with predominance of psychoasthenic symptoms in the patients, radon baths with prevalence of vegetative balance disturbance combined with subsequent magnetic laser therapy in number of 10 procedures of each type of treatment prescribed alternately every other day. After the therapeutic course, a repeated clinical-functional examination of the patients (complaints, anamnesis, measurement of arterial pressure, electrocardiography, ECG monitoring, echocardiography, psychodiagnostic examination, evaluation of treatment results) is performed.

EFFECT: examination of the patients is repeated in the same volume, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the end of the main course of treatment, assessment of clinical and economic effectiveness of treatment results, and, if necessary, repeated preventive course of drug-free rehabilitation.
