Coefficient of diastolic dysfunction is calculated by formula: If coefficient value equals 1.88 and higher, development of diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle is predicted.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate importance of diastolic AP increase and change of lipid peroxidation processes, as well as being precise and specific.
