FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used in treating cardiovascular patients after suffering acute coronary syndrome and cardiosurgical interventions. That is ensured by the complex of exposures to the background of the drug therapy of cardiovascular disorders: in the first half of the day – therapeutic gymnastics in the room and interval cyclic trainings on running (treadmill) and sensory (C-Mill) tracks according to a certain pattern. Then, not earlier than one hour after physical training, the following metabolic procedures are successively carried out: enhanced external counterpulsation for 30–40 minutes with rest for at least 30 minutes, dry carbon dioxide bath with gas supply rate of 15 l/min under pressure 2.3 atm to obtain optimum concentration of carbon dioxide 1.2 gl, at a bath temperature of 28 °C for 10–15 minutes, followed by rest for at least 20 minutes, infrared laser therapy from Mustang 2000+ apparatus by a stable technique, a continuous mode, wavelength of 0.85 mcm, frequency of 50 Hz, power 5–6 W of radiation. Apex region, a middle one-third of the sternum, a left sub-appendage area for 2–3 minutes are exposed. Whole complex of exposures is performed daily 5 times week with 2 days of rest, for therapeutic course 10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides effective cardiac rehabilitation measures by improving metabolic processes in ischemic myocardium and achieving anti-ischemic, antianginal, antiarrhythmic, antihypoxic and cardioprotective action, potentiating effect of metabolic adaptation to ischemia and cardioprotection of ischemic myocardium.
