FIELD: locks.

SUBSTANCE: lock relates to ironmongery installed in entrance doors of hotel rooms, and is intended for disconnection of electric appliances left switched on at guest's stay. Lock consists of a body, a crossbar, electric contact of the door installed in the door post, besides, in the door frame there are vertically installed guides with longitudinal vertical slots. Between the guides there is a rectangular element with a hole, in which a tube with internal thread is fixed. Tube with its ends is arranged in vertical slots of guides and does not allow to fall out of rectangular element. Handle is screwed in the thread with its one end, and the second end of the handle is brought inside the room. Rectangular element, when in lower position, interacts with end of crossbar and with electric contact.

EFFECT: advantage of the invention consists in the fact that the lock is simplified, since the lower crossbar and the movement mechanism are removed from the lock structure, which resulted in weight reduction; besides, in emergency cases, police and ambulance doctors together with hotel administrator will be able to open entrance door of room from corridor with spare key.
