SUBSTANCE: lock relates to hardware installed in the entrance doors of hotel rooms, and is intended for deactivating electrical consumers left activated when a guest leaves the room. The lock consists of a body, a bolt, an electrical contact installed in the door jamb, a rotating shutter is installed in the door jamb on a spring-loaded push axle, interacting with the upper part of the bolt and, when pressed, with a spring-loaded pin placed in the lower part of a rotary lever, the upper end whereof is made interacting with the push element of the electric contact, and a hole is made in the side surface of the jamb from the inside of the room, wherein a handle is located, connected with the spring-loaded axle.

EFFECT: simplification of the lock, reduction in the weight, possibility of opening the door to the room from the outside when closing from the inside.
