SUBSTANCE: lock relates to hardware installed in the entrance doors of hotel rooms, and is intended for deactivating electrical consumers left activated when a guest leaves the room. The lock consists of a body, a bolt, an electric contact installed in the door jamb, wherein a double-arm lever is installed in the door jamb on an axle, the upper part whereof is made interacting with the push element of the electric contact, and a spring-loaded pin interacting with the bolt is placed in the lower part of the double-arm lever, wherein a hole is made in the side surface of the jamb from the inside of the room, located wherein is a cord connected with the spring-loaded pin at one end and with a ball at the other end.

EFFECT: structural simplification, reduction in the weight, possibility of opening the entrance door from the hall.
