SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for conversion of wind energy into electrical energy with stable parameters of output voltage. Voltage stabilization device of wind-driven power plant includes wind wheel (1), asynchronous generator (3), excitation capacitors unit (7) and voltage stabilization system (8), according to invention voltage stabilization system (8) includes unit of control capacitors (9), rectifying unit (10), field-effect transistor (11), matching converter (12), transformer-rectifier unit (13), wherein first, second and third inputs of transformer-rectifier unit (13) are inputs of voltage stabilization system (8), negative output terminal of transformer-rectifier unit (13) through matching converter (12) is connected to field transistor (11) gate, positive output terminal of transformer-rectifier unit (13) through matching converter (12) is connected to source of field transistor (11) and first input of rectifier unit (10), drain of field transistor (11) is connected to second input of rectifier unit (10), output of rectifier unit (10) through unit of control capacitors (9) is connected to outputs (4), (5) and (6) of asynchronous generator (3) and input unit of excitation capacitors (7).
