SUBSTANCE: technical problem solved by the present invention is to expand the scope of the power supply by stabilizing the output voltage when the input voltage changes and the power consumption at the load changes. The effect is achieved by introducing a switching voltage stabilizer and synchronizing the PWM controller with the frequency of the voltage converter master oscillator. EFFECT: expanded scope of the power supply by stabilizing the output voltage.
