FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry for cleaning valves in borehole sucker rod pumping units. To implement the plunger depth pump valves serviceability recovery valve, the subsurface pump wellhead drive operation is stopped. Movable structural elements of the pump are lifted by means of rods. Movable structural elements are lowered until they interact with fixed valves for cleaning and restoration of valves serviceability. First, the most efficient vibration frequency is determined for borehole conditions, providing for action on the seats and shutoff elements of the valves and enabling restoration of the valve operability. A resonator is selected from a durable and wear-resistant material which generates certain vibrations. Moving, moving or immovable structural elements of the pump are equipped with resonators before descent into the well by resonators providing generation of oscillations at interaction during cleaning of valves, to restoration of serviceability of valves.
EFFECT: technical result is achieved – implementation of recovery of flotation ability and providing qualitative locking of valves without mechanical action on valves and use of external sources of flushing.
