SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer security. Technical result is achieved by the fact that using a graphical user interface (GUI) element for selecting a feature comprising, in particular, a list of features of the cyber-physical system (CPS), receiving information on the user selected by at least one CPS feature from the list of characteristics, receiving information on the selected by the user time period of monitoring for selected CPS criteria, forming for the period of time monitoring forecast values of CPS criteria using a model of prediction of values of selected criteria of CPS, determining for a period of time of monitoring the overall prediction error for all criteria of CPS from the list of indicators and prediction error for each selected characteristic of CPS, during the monitoring time period, scheduling is performed for data values generated by the prediction means and an anomaly determination means.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing automated control of cyber-physical system for early detection of anomalies.
