FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of physical quantities based on frequency sensors in automation devices. Excitation circuit of the frequency sensor includes an autogenerator, an amplifier connected to the frequency sensor. Amplifier is made in the form of a preamplifier, to the output of which a resonance frequency amplifier is connected, to the output of which amplifier-stabilizer of signal amplitude is connected, output of stabilizer-stabilizer is connected to inputs of the first and second buffers. Resonance frequency of the self-contained generator corresponds to the resonant frequency of the sensor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in excluding the possibility of exciting the self-contained generator at frequencies different from the frequency of the main resonance, as well as stabilization of the excitation signal voltage amplitude, high frequency stability in the self-contained generator, improved matching of the ECFS with a frequency sensor and external devices.
