FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: linear acceleration sensor (LAS) comprises an autogenerator with a frequency-setting element in a feedback circuit, the output signal of which is generated by an amplifying buffer. LAS is equipped with non-volatile memory, three buffers. Sensor self-oscillator is equipped with a preamplifier, a band-pass filter and an amplifier-stabilizer of the amplitude of the excitation signal of the sensitive element. Frequency-setting element is in form of a resonance frequency sensor of linear acceleration. Nonvolatile memory device is made on the register unit with preliminary installation on the mounting jumpers and stores in them individual passport parameters characterizing the transfer characteristic of the sensor. First buffer generates excitation signal of sensitive element. Second buffer generates an output frequency signal. Third buffer generates output signal of code sequence of passport parameters.
EFFECT: high accuracy of converting linear acceleration, reduced error when converting a measured physical parameter into a signal frequency using a resonance frequency sensor of linear acceleration and high functional capabilities of the device.
