FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and can be used in development and fabrication of solid propellant engines of tactical missiles, anti-aircraft guided missiles, rocket systems of salvo fire, antitank guided missiles. Disclosed is channel charge of mixed solid-propellant rocket fuel. Charge contains unrecovered shaping elements (USE) in the form of plates with fast-burning material applied on them, burning speed of which is higher than fuel burning rate. Plates are distributed along section of charge on part of its length from side of nozzle, are solid or perforated, or mesh, of one standard size in form of trapezoids. Greater base of each trapezoid faces the channel, while the smaller one is bent to form a cavity. In the cavity there is a rod from incombustible material, melting temperature or, decomposition temperature of which is lower than combustion temperature of fuel. Mixture of Ti + B + Al is used as a quick-combustible material, which is applied with provision of constant thickness in all cross-sections of flat part of USE. Surface of contact between flammable material and fuel is coated with thermo-shrinking gas-proof polymer film.
EFFECT: charge has high manufacturability in manufacturing, allows to achieve coefficient of volumetric filling of housing with fuel exceeding 0_92, avoiding possibility of occurrence of non-standard erosion combustion.
