SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined with the charge body mixed solid rocket fuel manufacturing method by the free-casting. Method comprises placing in the pressure chamber on the assembled housing cradle with the equipped with a sprue system channel forming tooling, hopper docking with channel forming tooling through the adapter, fuel mass loading into the hopper, pressure chamber, housing and hopper evacuation, drain valve opening and the fuel mass draining into the housing with remote control over the housing with fuel filling process ending, de-pressurization of the channel forming tooling. Intended to contain the charge housing internal volume is divided into two insulated front and rear sections by the thin-walled non-extractable element in the form of a surface of revolution with axis, coinciding with the charge axis fixed on the housing inner surface and on the channel forming tooling. Both sections filling with the fuel mass is performed simultaneously in single technological cycle of the fuel mass in the hopper discharging. Using the sprue system containing two independent paths of fuel mass movement in the section. Method is effective in production of sectional type charges with the thin-walled non-extractable element due to ensuring the given position invariance and the non-extractable element integrity at all stages of the charge manufacturing.
