FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket technology and can be used in the development and manufacture of solid-fuel engines for tactical missiles, multiple rocket launchers, anti-tank guided missiles, unguided aircraft missiles. Method of manufacturing mixed rocket solid fuel bonded to channel charge body is proposed, comprising at least one nonremovable forming element mounted in the case, made of material and/or coated with a material, burning rate of which is higher than fuel burning rate, charge formation. Charge is formed by free casting method, followed by pressing and cutting off the fuel mass at the final stage of molding. Cut-off pressure value of 2.8–5.0 MPa is selected from the condition of obtaining equilibrium charge temperature in the range from 0 °C to minus 15 °C depending on the level of mechanical characteristics of a particular fuel. In this case, a casing made of material having compliance of 3.2∙10-5–3.8∙10-5 m3/MPa and specific strength of 1.3–1.6 MPa⋅m3/kg is used, each non-removable shaping element is rigidly fastened with a charge, and their number, geometry and location in charge is chosen from condition of simultaneous provision of casing volumetric filling coefficient with fuel exceeding 0.92, the required operating mode of the engine and the strength performance of the charge in the temperature range from minus 50 °C to plus 50 °C.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce temperature load on charge during operation.
