FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, is intended for conversion of dynamic mechanical values, including vibration and impact acceleration into electric signal, and can be used in various industries, in particular, construction, for seismic measurements, experimental research. Mechanical values sensor consists of an L-shaped support made of an electrically insulating material, an elastic metal plate and an inertia element. Resilient metal plate is rigidly fixed to the vertical wall of the support from one end. Inertial element is attached to the other end of the plate. Both surfaces of the plate adjoining the jamming point are in contact with electrolyte of two electrochemical cells. Each cell is made in the form of a hollow quarter sphere of elastic electric insulating material, one arched flat surface of the case of which is glued to the horizontal surface of the plate, and the other one - to the vertical wall of the support. Current-collecting counter electrodes of the cells are made from metal of the plate, tightly embedded in the vertical wall of the support, some of their free ends are in contact with electrolyte of cells, and others - are withdrawn from the support wall.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and reliability of conversion of dynamic mechanical values to an electrical signal in a wide range of loads and frequencies.
