FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for decontamination and purification of water from microorganisms and substances dissolved in it. Proposed hydrodynamic unit comprises disinfection and cleaning unit consisting of pump and injector including confusor, cylindrical chamber and diffuser. Injector cylindrical chamber is connected to atmosphere through container, in which an electric charger and a UV light source—a bactericidal quartz lamp with wavelength of 150–308 nm and energy of ≥5.26 eV—are mounted.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of hydrodynamic disinfection, simplification and cheapening of technology of cleaning and disinfection of contaminated water.
