FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for purification of effluents, contamination of which by chemical and bacteriological oxygen demand PZ=(COD+BOD) exceeds 2 g/l. In proposed hydrodynamic installation (GDI) at inlet of working pump 11 there is installed tank 2 for treatment of wastes treated to PZ>2 g/l, connected to pipelines by means of controlled electric valves with capacity of 1 of waste water which is contaminated with large particles and contaminated with PZ>2 g/l and with water source 3 contaminated to PZ<0.5 g/l. Resulting mixture of water and wastewater with PZcm=(1.5±0.5) g/l is fed into disintegrator 18, into which is also fed air. Pressure of the inlet convergent nozzle 17 liquid mixture Pcm= (10–35) kg/cm2, volumetric gas content of the monodisperse flow of the gas-liquid mixture in the disintegrator is δcm≤0.25. Water treated in disintegrator is fed into degassing tank 20, in which released gases are collected in conical cover 23, and treated liquid is pumped by pump into reservoir of long-term storage for subsequent use.
EFFECT: proposed GDI can disinfect and clean wastes with contamination of PZ>2 g/l in one pass through disintegrator.
