FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for loading material in form of catalyst particles into a tubular reactor. Device comprises funnel consisting of hopper, feed pipe for catalyst loading and cylindrical pipe installed coaxially with reactor tube, wherein the inner diameter of the pipe is equal to the inner diameter of the pipe of the reactor, and the supply pipe is fixed at an angle to the cylindrical pipe, as well as a cable and a linear assembly attached thereto for its lowering into the reactor tube and extraction from the reactor pipe, wherein the linear assembly is made in form of a rotary device connected to the block part with springs, wherein the springs are installed in staggered order in radial holes made in linear units perpendicular to their axis.
EFFECT: invention ensures uniform catalyst loading and prevention of destruction of catalyst granules.
