FIELD: different industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for charging loose materials and it can be used for charging catalysts and adsorbents into chemical reactors used in different industries. According to invention, cross beam is installed in lower half of upper cylindrical part of device to which pneumatic drive is attached from top in center along axis of upper cylindrical part. Attached from below is cylindrical housing with shaft installed in housing on two bearings and connected by upper end through coupling to shaft of pneumatic drive, and by lower end, to lower rotating member including vertical cylindrical part and horizontal semicylindrical part with end face half-disks connected to vertical cylindrical part. Strips are connected to half-disks. Horizontal semicylindrical part is provided with strip secured in middle of said part and providing connection with shaft of lower rotating member and mounting of plates connected to it and strips on end face half-disks and forming slots to pass catalyst or adsorbent to be charged.
EFFECT: improved characteristics of formed layer of catalyst or adsorbent as to uniformity and density by reducing vibrations of parts of device.
