FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is used to stabilize the reversible endoprosthesis and restore active external rotation of the shoulder in treating a severe post-traumatic pathology of the shoulder joint. Perform deltopectoral approach, release of subdeltoid and subacromial spaces and installation of endoprosthesis components. Before the endoprosthesis is installed, the tendon of the greater pectoral muscle is incised in an attachment point to the humerus, the broadest muscle of the back is accessed; the humerus is cut off from the humerus and the back tendon of the surrounding soft tissues is released. Then an endoprosthesis is installed. Proximal humerus is introduced into the wound, and medially 5 mm from the crista tuberculi majoris is medial, four holes are formed in a humerus. Non-absorbable sutures are made through the holes and the endoprosthesis leg is inserted, after which the back muscle of the back is moved behind the humeral bone and fixed with sutures to the humerus.
EFFECT: method provides creating the stability of a reversible endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint and providing the possibility of active external rotation of the shoulder after the operation due to the transposition of the tendon of the latissimus muscle of the back from the place of its anatomical fixation to the external surface of the upper third diaphysis of the humerus.
