FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to manual therapy, orthopaedics, neurology, physiotherapy exercises. All humeral motion planes are examined to determine a direction of locking by spasm pain muscles. The spasm muscle antagonists are chosen and statically extended from bone attachment points along a fibre sequentially for each muscle as follows: rotation, flexion - extension, abduction - adduction in all humeral motion planes. The antagonists are extended 3-5 times per one procedure. Then a muscular fibre of each muscle is extended in motion oppositely to directions wherein "pain syndrome" is perceptible, sequentially as follows: rotation, flexion - extension, abduction - adduction in all humeral motion planes 3-5 times per one procedure.
EFFECT: method provides early mobilisation of patients, reduced cost of treatment, reduced injuries and treatment time.
