SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binder machine for fastening part of extended binding element in loop around one or several objects. Binding machine comprises feeding device (5) for feeding extended binding element (3) in form of wire or tape in form of loop around volume (4) formed to receive one or more objects, which must be tied, with subsequent tying binding element (3) for tight fit around one or more objects received for placement in said volume (4); device for gripping and fixing the first section of the binding element on the front end of the binding element after feeding the part of the binding element into the loop around said volume (4); and a laser welding device for forming a weld joint between the first section of the tying element and the adjoining second portion of the tying element on the rear end of the part of the binding element, fed into loop around said volume (4) to thereby fix said part of lacing element in loop around said one or more objects, laser welding device is made with possibility of cutting binding element (3) on said rear end by means of laser beam emitted from laser welding head of laser welding device, so as to separate the part of the binding element fed into the loop around said volume (4) from the rest of the binding element.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is the creation of efficient bellow machine.
