FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-bladed screw piles intended for arrangement of foundations of various buildings and structures. Proposed multi-bladed screw pile intended for operation in thawed soils and permafrost soils consists of barrel 1 with head 2, one or more extension rods 3 connected with barrel 1 and head 2, screw blades 4 and fasteners. Pile shaft 1 ends with conical tip 5 made cut at angle of 45° to horizontal plane. For the version of thawed soils, screw blades 4 are selected of the same size, at that the diameter of the blades is determined from 1.5D to 3D, where D is the diameter of shaft 1 of the pile. Minimum length of pile depends on length of its screw part and layer of seasonal freezing/thawing and is selected as multiple of 0.5 meters. Extension rods 3 are intended for extension of length of screw pile depending on required depth of installation. Pile of proposed design provides specified optimum value of its bearing capacity for thawed and permafrost soils, which is calculated by special author technique, based on identification and determination of key and significant design parameters (length of pile, number of blades, diameter of shaft, diameter of blades, blades deflection, ratio of diameter of shaft and diameter of blade, ratio of blade diameter and distance between blades, ratio of sizes of blades) and their interdependencies, which also make it possible to additionally calculate ultimate bearing capacity of screw pile, which limits overall bearing capacity.

EFFECT: disclosed multiblade screw pile, submersible by the drill-drop method, ensures reduction of overall financial costs, increase in labor costs of construction workers, as well as reduction of construction duration due to "universality" and reduction of "wet" processes.
