FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of wooden piles or wooden elements of piles in conditions of heaving soils and can be used for production of wooden pile bases of power transmission lines (PTL). Wooden pile base is made of a tree trunk bark- and bast-free and treated with antiseptic impregnation. On the surface of the wooden pile base there is a multilayer antiheaving polymer coating from a two-component epoxy-polymer composition, which forms a waterproof film, which is applied in several layers with a total thickness of at least 350 mcm. Between the surface of the wooden pile base and the multilayer antiheaving polymer coating from the two-component epoxy-polymer composition, there is an epoxy primer layer with thickness of 50 to 70 mcm. Epoxy-primer layer is made from the same two-composite epoxy-polymer composition as the multilayer antiheaving polymer coating by diluting with organic solvents to a highly fluid state.
EFFECT: increased service life of wooden pile bases in heaving soils.
