FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to device for mounting and dismantling by rotation of wellhead sealing devices. Device for mounting and dismantling flange of wellhead fittings includes mounting cylindrical plate with axial hole in form of regular polygon, and symmetrical longitudinal holes along perimeter for connection with wellhead flange, and universal branch pipe with lower tip, made in the form of regular prism coinciding with polygon of axial hole of mounting plate. Mounting plate around the axial hole from conditions of strength and durability of the connection of the plate and the tip is equipped from above and from below by process bulges, the lower of which is not larger than the minimum possible inner diameter of the removed flange. Axial hole in the form of the right prism is made from below with a blind piece, below it a threaded through process opening is made along the plate axis. To connect the flange to the plate there are used at least two cranks, each of which is made in form of a plate with two axes at the ends, directed downwards with the possibility of entering into the longitudinal holes of the plate, and flange attachment holes, respectively, through equal angles relative to plate axis.

EFFECT: proposed device for mounting and dismantling flange of wellhead fittings allows to expand functional capabilities due to operation with virtually any standard sizes of flanges turned off, including with mounting holes of flange larger than diameter of plate, due to use of cranks for connection of device plate with flange, improving reliability due to centering of plate relative to flange and use of appropriate guide plates and axes of cranks.
