SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry. Method of bituminous oil deposit development by thermal methods includes construction of a group of steam-injection and production wells within one formation layer, pumping of steam prepared from fresh water in steam generator, into steam injection wells and extraction from production wells of products containing produced water, separation and preparation of produced hot water, addition of fresh water to steam generator. Excess hot water is separately pumped into injection wells along appropriate delivery lines. In each injection well, a corresponding pit is pumped for pumping through a hot water filter, and a borehole is equipped with a deep-well pump. At that, pumping into formation is carried out from pit, at that, additional drain well is built, through controlled valve connected to filter inlet, and discharge line is equipped with adjusting valves and bypass line with shutoff element, which connects bottom pump output to filter output. Periodically, the control valves of one of the discharge lines before the filter and after the bypass line are closed. On the bypass line the shutoff element together with the adjustment tap of the drain well is used for reversible washing and cleaning of the filter with discharge of liquid into the drain well, after that, the pressure line is brought to the initial state by means of adjusting valves and the tap for injection of hot water into the injection well.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of operation on large areas with high pressure of surplus hot water injection to pressure wells with high permeability, cleaning filters without stopping and disassembling injection line for each of these wells.
