FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the oil industry, in particular to the oilfield development systems in of development of the heavy oil and natural bitumen deposits. System for the development of the heavy oil and natural bitumen deposit includes the source of fresh water with the fresh water pipeline, the production and injection wells, the oil treatment unit and the water treatment unit. Production wells are connected through the well production pipeline and the booster pump station to the oil treatment unit, and also connected by means of the annular gas pipeline to the fuel gas pipeline. Oil treatment unit is equipped with the commercial oil pipeline and with the produced water pipeline, which is connected to the water treatment unit. Water treatment unit is connected to the injection wells through the brine pipeline, the cluster pump station and the water conduit, which is equipped with the corrosion inhibitor dosing unit. Well production pipeline is equipped with the demulsifier dosing unit and with the group metering unit, which is installed downwards the demulsifier dosing unit. Water treatment unit is equipped with the entrapped oil pipeline for its return to the oil treatment unit, which is additionally equipped with the product heating system with the fuel gas pipeline and with the associated petroleum gas pipeline. Water treatment unit is connected to the fresh water pipeline for its deep cleaning in order to provide the steam generator with the required volume of water in case if the oil production volumes do not exceed 10 % of the projected maximum oil production volume. And also the water treatment unit is connected through the deeply treated water pipeline to the steam generator, which is connected to the fuel gas pipeline for heating the water, and through the steam pipeline it is connected to the steam injection wells. In addition, the oil treatment unit is connected to the water treatment unit through the hydrogen sulphide removal unit. Hydrogen sulphide removal unit is designed with the possibility to purge the produced water by the flue gases withdrawn from the steam generator, which are fed to the hydrogen sulphide removal unit through the flue gas offsetting pipeline from the steam generator. At the same time, the hydrogen sulphide removal unit is equipped with the offsetting pipeline in order to neutralize the flue gases containing the hydrogen sulphide that is extracted from the water.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to increase the service life of the equipment, and also to increase the cleaning efficiency due to additional deep cleaning of the produced water from hydrogen sulphide with the steam generator smoke gases.
