FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry. System for arrangement of deposit of heavy oil and natural bitumen includes production wells, connected through well product pipeline to demulsifier dispensing unit, group metering unit, booster pump station and oil treatment unit, which is equipped with well product heating system via fuel gas pipeline, is equipped with commercial oil pipeline, associated petroleum gas pipeline and associated water production pipeline, which is communicated with treatment facilities and through second cleaned water pipeline is communicated with cluster pumping station and corrosion inhibitor dosing unit, communicated with injection wells, and through the purified water pipeline treatment facilities are interconnected with a water treatment unit, which is connected through a sewage pipeline to the cluster pumping station, and through the pipeline of deep water is connected to the steam generator, which is connected to the fuel gas pipeline, and through the steam line is connected with the steam injection wells, also treatment facilities are equipped with pipeline of trapped oil for its return to oil treatment plant, and water treatment unit is connected through fresh water pipeline to source of fresh water. Between unit of water treatment and steam generator on pipeline of deep-purified water there installed is unit for dosing hydrogen peroxide, which provides possibility of automatic adjustment of hydrogen peroxide dosage to deep-purified water depending on concentration of sulphides and hydrosulphides in deep-water, determined by analyser of dissolved sulphides and hydrosulphides, and consumption of deep-purified water determined by flow meter. Unit for dosing hydrogen peroxide is equipped with accumulation tanks and a pump for supply of deep-purified water after treatment with hydrogen peroxide through a pipeline of deep-purified water into a steam generator.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of system shutdown and repair of furnace components of steam generator due to corrosion destruction, longer service life of equipment, higher environmental friendliness of process.
