SUBSTANCE: cooling tower has smaller basin above ventilation duct; water distributing unit is made in form of system of ejectors injecting additional amount of air due to waste energy of water flow; nozzles mounted into bottom of upper basin set heat-transfer agents in cross vortex motion; drops soar in vortex air flow, i.e. cooling tower has four zones of efficient heat exchange at vortex flow of heat-transfer agents.
