SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for utilizing the heat of the exhaust air and cooling the circulating water (as a cooling tower), as well as adiabatic cooling and humidification of air in ventilation and air conditioning systems. In a heat recovery boiler with a fluidized bed of inert packing comprising a metal casing, a separator, a water distributor, nozzles, a movable inert packing, a pallet and a support grid, the guide body and the float valve additionally arranged in the body, and a vibrator mounted on the support grid, the movable inert packing is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the lateral inner surface of which are fixed partitions in the form of holes perpendicular to the axis of the ring of washers whose axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring, or a movable inert head is made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven interconnected side edges of hexagonal parallelepipeds without an upper and a lower base, or a movable inert head is made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, inscribed in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals, or a movable inert nozzle is made in the form of at least twelve connected three-bladed propellers, the projection of which onto the plane of the drawing is inscribed in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them, and the nozzle of the nozzle irrigation system is made in the form of a vortex nozzle comprising a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the body is made in the form of the supply fitting with the central opening and is rigidly connected to it and with the coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber, which is coaxial to the body, the nozzle, which is in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread at its lower part, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber of the nozzle a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and the other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the mixing chamber, and on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw cutting is made.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
