FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for drencher fire extinguishing and drencher sprayer for its implementation are related to fire extinguishing using finely-sprayed water on objects, whose protected zones have length-extended forms. To implement the method, airfoil torches are formed over a long protected zone to provide combined quenching with fine droplets with high kinetic energy and small rapidly evaporating drops of fine water, excluding straits outside the protected zone.
EFFECT: disclosed is a drencher fire extinguishing method and a device for its implementation.
