FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular to the method for formation of coatings on tillage working tools. Method involves forming a coating of molten ultra-high molecular polyethylene on an intermediate layer on the metal surface of the working member. Intermediate layer is made in the form of metal wire mesh rigidly fixed on metal surface of working element, vertical generatrices of which are welded to working body metal surface, and horizontal ones are fixed with clearance to it.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the technology and improves the quality of the applied coating with high adhesion of ultra-high molecular polyethylene and basic material.
