FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and is intended for simultaneous production of heat and electric energy by means of cogeneration plants with internal combustion engine. Cogeneration plant with deep recovery of heat energy of internal combustion engine includes electric generator connected by drive with ICE, conversion system of recycled ICE heat into electric energy consisting of three-way valve connected serially in direction of heat carrier movement through I stroke with steam turbine connected to electric generator, condenser and condensation pump, ICE waste heat recovery system, which includes ICE exhaust gas heat recovery system, consisting of the flue gas line connecting the heat exchanger-turbo compressor with the waste gas heat recovery steam generator, and the ICE cooling system, which includes a cold circuit, having in series connected in closed loop hydraulic line, equipped with electric heating elements, water-oil heat exchanger, a heat exchanger of supercharging air, a circulating pump, a heat exchanger-heat exchanger of cold circuit of the ICE cooling system and a hot circuit, having in-series connected to the closed circuit the heat line heat exchanger-heat exchanger of hot circuit heat, circulating pump connected by hydraulic line equipped with electric heating elements, with heat exchanger – jacket space of cylinder block and cylinder covers ICE and hydraulic line with heat exchanger-turbo compressor and closed sub-loop of hot circuit of ICE cooling system, including series-connected by hydraulic line valve, heat exchanger-heater, circulating pump and heat exchanger – jacket space of cylinder block and cylinder covers ICE, wherein the system for converting the recovered heat into electrical energy further comprises a storage tank connected serially in the direction of movement of the heat carrier, feed pump and filter connected by hydraulic line to heat exchangers-heat exchangers of cold and hot circuits of ICE cooling system, and second stroke of three-way valve by hydraulic line is connected to feed pump, wherein pressure limiting valve is connected by hydraulic line between output of feed pump and inlet to accumulation tank.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of efficiency of installation at high reliability and simplicity of design in conditions of different operating modes; cogeneration plant ensures due to deep heat utilization in summer months when only electric energy is generated, use of ICE double-circuit cooling system required temperature modes of head and ICE cylinder unit operation, reducing the number of expensive turbines with electric generator and condenser to one piece.
