FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information-measuring equipment, in particular, to devices for measuring electric voltage. Device comprises a weighting function of the reference signal, a shaping device of the weight function of the converted signal, a unit for multiplying a weight function by a reference voltage, a unit for multiplying the weight function by the converted voltage, an adder, an integrator, a comparator, threshold level shaper, control device, reference frequency generator, digital integrator, digital AND logic elements, digital pulse counters, and correction input device.
EFFECT: high accuracy of converting voltage into a code by estimating a component of error from edge effects in multi-stream integrating ADCs with summation of conversion results in adjacent partial cycles at the beginning and end of the full conversion cycle and direct introduction of the correction in digital form to the result of conversion.
