FIELD: information-measurement technology; voltage measurements.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for integrating analog-to-digital voltage conversion meant to enhance precision of voltage-to-number conversion due to reducing methodical error component brought in by edge effects is based on integration of difference between input voltage and intermediate signal obtained by pulse modulation of mentioned difference integral and addition of intermediate signals during every pulse modulation cycle within conversion time; it is characterized in that added to conversion result is difference in integral output value by end and onset of conversion time multiplied by constant whose value is selected proceeding from elimination of error brought in by edge effects.
EFFECT: reduced error, simplified circuit arrangement compared with prior art.
