FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction articles and can be used in printing reinforced concrete walls on construction 3D printer. Method of erecting a concrete wall, in which a plastic solution of an artificial stone material is extruded through a layer-by-layer through a nozzle of construction 3D printer, the outer and inner layers of the wall are formed, the wall is reinforced and a cavity between the outer and inner layers of the wall is filled with heat-insulating material. At that, prior to extrusion of the first layer of plastic mortar of artificial stone material, which forms the outer and inner layers of the wall, alkali-resistant woven linen is fixed and fixed with fixators, the required number of layers is extruded, vertical reinforcement of printed layer by alkali-resistant woven fabric by means of its bending along the line of retainers and by induction into the body of plastic solution of artificial stone material along side surface of wall and horizontal reinforcement by laying alkali-resistant woven fabric over freshly applied layer with installation of retainers, formed cavity between outer and inner layers is filled with heat-insulating material, then process is repeated cyclically, wherein plastic mortar of artificial stone material is a dispersion-reinforced fine-grained concrete mixture with a mark on workability P1, as a reinforcing material alkali-resistant woven canvas is used with a cell size of not less than 20×20 mm, heat-insulating material used is a thixotropic foamed concrete mixture with size of fractions not exceeding cell size of alkali-resistant woven linen, as fasteners there are used corrosion-resistant U-shaped brackets located at the required distance from the edge of the erected wall.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing material consumption of reinforced concrete wall, increasing service life of construction 3D printer, high crack resistance, quality and durability of concrete wall with possibility of its production on any construction 3D printers; proposed solution allows to produce reinforced concrete wall on 3D construction printer with quality, durability and materials saving.
