FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to production of construction articles, and can be used for erection of reinforced concrete wall on building 3D printer in factory conditions. Method of erection of concrete wall in factory conditions, by which plastic solution of artificial stone material is layer-by-layer extruded through nozzle of construction 3D printer with formation of external and internal layers of wall, wall is reinforced and cavity between external and internal layers of wall is filled with heat-insulating material. After extrusion of required number of layers, vertical reinforcement of wall is performed by passing rods with length equal to wall height, through channels corresponding to cross-section of rods, made in substrate for erected wall, flat horizontal grids are installed with required pitch along height of freshly laid layers, formed cavity between external and internal layers of wall is filled with heat-insulating material from thixotropic foam concrete mixture with size of fractions, which does not exceed cell size of flat horizontal grids, note here that plastic mortar of artificial stone material is represented by dispersed-reinforced fine-grained concrete mixture with grade of workability P1. Steel or non-metallic reinforcement is used as vertical rods and flat horizontal grids.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption of the reinforced concrete wall, increased rate of its erection and resource of construction 3D printer, increased crack resistance, carrying capacity, quality and durability of the concrete wall with possibility of its manufacturing on any construction 3D printers.
