FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the engine building. Two-stroke rodless internal combustion engine (ICE) is assembled from modules with a working stroke, with early continued expansion of exhaust gases and with a chain synchronization module of rotation. ICE is mounted with location of points on coordinate grid, where is predetermined location of paired centers of two circles with constant ratio of diameters of their circles with their successive tangential location on sides forming a square, with a single reference point, which is the square apex and simultaneously the cylinder combustion chamber volume center. Large diameter of circle is equal to diameters of pistons, cylinders, conjugated at movement of parts of assembly links, having semi-cylindrical shape, diameters of circles of ledges of gear teeth of engagement gears. Smaller diameter of circle is equal to diameter of circle of teeth recesses of engagement gears, as well as diameters of side jaws, between pairs of which there are cranks. Prefabricated piston comprises barrel, in bottom of which there is sampling one shaped hole. Inner cavity of barrel is reinforced with perforated plates, side cuts of which are located at angles to barrel surface with formation of even number of cylindrical niches, in which part of said plates with their inclusions form heat exchange radiator. Prefabricated piston is configured to perform limited reciprocating movements in cylinder, as are two semi-cylindrical half-cranking links, which are connected to it in series by means of spherical cross-section ball joints, which is represented by four ribs of T-section with shortened but thickened shoulders. Ribs are perforated by holes and also contain central through hole, where pin is inserted, which connects these ball joints. First crane assembly with its central axes is turned relative to axes of second crank rock by 90°. Air-inlet and outlet gas slide valves are made with possibility of synchronous rotation of eccentrics from coaxial connection with appropriate shafts of coupling links to discharge formed flow of exhaust gases. Cylinder covers and internal channels with three shaped openings of exhaust gases of toroid, which is built into modules with early extended expansion, are reinforced with perforated plates, which, like pistons, are fixed to each other by method of combined sintering.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing engine torque.
