FIELD: engine technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. A two-cycle internal combustion engine (ICE) consists of a body assembled from modules with a working stroke, with an early continued expansion of exhaust gases, and from the nodes of the rotation synchronization module. Each element or node is mounted on the basis of twelve points of the coordinate grid formed by the intersection of seven circles of one larger diameter with two parallel lines. In this case, some of the points are located in the centers of the volume of the combustion chambers of the cylinders of the modules with a working stroke and in the centers of the volume of the cylinder cavity above the piston at the beginning of the continued expansion. At the same distances from these centers are the axial centers of the four shafts of rotation of the coupling links, which are mounted between two lateral cylindrical cheeks, which have the ability to rotate in the prefabricated structure of the inter-module partitions and housing units. The rotation of the eight shafts is synchronized by pairs of chain gears, while the drums of gas distribution spools of a hemispherical shape with a vortex pre-chamber and a tap built into the body are fixed on two shafts. To reduce the thermal conductivity, the body of the cylinder covers and pistons is made by the method for joint sintering with reinforcement with plates having perforation holes directed at an angle of 60° to the wall. The internal combustion engine contains air inlet and gas outlet organs, while the engine is designed with the possibility of supplying lubrication from two cavities mounted using protective bellow housings, under pressure on the engine components. The inner cavity of the bellows is connected to the cavity of a two-tube tire, and the adjacent large cavity of this tire with embedded nozzles can be used for gaseous or liquid fuel components of the internal combustion engine system.
EFFECT: increase in the torque of the engine.
