FIELD: foundry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry. Rods (1) and/or groups of rods are installed in assembly conductor (2) independently on lodgements (6). By means of making conductor rods (1) are gripped from assembly conductor, fixed, moved and installed into mould. Assembly conductor (2) comprises housing (4) in form of frame and device (7) for orientation of coupling with spacer conductor. Mounting supports (5) for installation of cradles (6) are fixed in frame of frame, on beams. Arrangement of lodgements in assembly conductor corresponds to location of sign surfaces of mould. Make-up conductor includes a body with grips and devices for orientation of conjugation with an assembly conductor and a mould. Case of the spacer jig is made in the form of upper and lower frames connected by flexible connections. Each gripper is installed on lower frame with possibility of its position adjustment.

EFFECT: due to accuracy of installation and positioning of each rod separately in assembly conductor and maintaining its position during transportation and installation in casting mould, higher accuracy and reduced defects of casts, ruled out destruction of mould.
