FIELD: sanitation and disinfection.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of sanitation and disinfection, namely to creation of a new antimicrobial composition for use in medicine and veterinary science. Liquid antiseptic and disinfecting composition contains a solubilising component, which is represented by zinc chloride, chlorhexidine bigluconate solution as a biologically active component and a complexing agent Trilon B, with the following content of components in wt%: chlorhexidine bigluconate – 0.1–0.3; zinc chloride – 0.3–0.5; Trilon B – 0.5–1.5; reduced water – balance. Group of inventions also relates to a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides wider spectrum of antimicrobial bactericidal activity of the composition with simultaneous increase of its safety, stability and ecological purity, as well as reduced toxicity and corrosion activity.
